integration

now what is integration for me?

it is gradually tuning in to my soul more and more.

It is a choice at a very high level. with it comes self-acceptance, self-love, compassion, dignitiy, joy, creativity, abundance, certainty, excitement, magic, capability, feeling ...

It is a process and don't happen over night. it is up to me, how I want to experience this process. I chose to experience it, honoring my human part. I didn't overwhelm my body with this new energies. so my process takes longer as some other persons I know, that jump into the cold water at once. as I adapt to the new waters, I don't experience the waters as cold. it has the perfect temperature for my walk-in.

how you tune in to your soul? you use "living words" like certain, capable, wellbeing, joy etc. with this words, there is a resonance with your soul part and the process of dna-decoding can start. below is, what science has recently came up with ... now, in this intense time of internal and external change is the right time to listen to my body, what it needs, to trust it completely.

steve rother (http://www.lightworker.com/)  channeled, that the vagus (parasympathetic) nerve-system will be more important and active than ever, that means to me, and I can feel it very intensely right now, go to sleep, when you are tired, take a break from doing more often than not.

it is the female energy that points in this direction of relaxation, breathing, being, all expressions of the parasympathetic nervous system - the antagonist of the sympathetic one.

female energy is calling forth in every human body now ... and brings to light the active-passive imbalances in human lifestyle. especially the winter is meant to be a time of rest. be easy on yourself ...

ich hab erfahren, dass es hinweise gibt, dass die erde in letzter zeit töne von sich gibt. z.B. hier:

ich weiss auch, dass zur zeit viele menschen ihre seelenstimme entdecken. vielleicht reflektiert uns die erde nur diesen vorgang.

auch ich habe töne von mir gegeben, wie nie zuvor. war bei zwei workshops mit hannibal means (http://www.hannibalmeans.com/), wo viele teilnehmer ihre eigene heilende tonfrequenz entdeckt hatten, die frequenz, die den der delfine ähnlich ist. hannibal ist synesthät, er kann töne in farben sehen. so erzählte er uns von einer erfahrung, wie seine stimme nicht nur den raum ausfüllte, wo er gesungen hat (in der votivkirche in wien), sondern, dass seine stimme die gesamte schöpfung durchdrang.

wir machten dann das gleiche. wir füllten mit unseren stimmen den raum, sodass er sie uns reflektierte. meist ging das anfangs über schreien, um energien in bewegung zu bringen. dahinter stand dann der reine ton unserer seele. getarnt war das ganze als gospel sing - workshop. aber es ging darum, energien in bewegung zu bringen und uns im kontakt mit unserem ganzen sein auszudrücken.

und ich muss sagen, dass unser wasserhahn, dort wo ich arbeite auch sehr sonderbare geräusche von sich gibt, die diesen geräuschen aus youtube-videos durchaus ähnlich sind. interessante reflektion meiner seele...
